QPS offers industrial construction for both new and renovation projects. QPS is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to take your call. Our industrial construction employees become OSHA trained and have years of experience in multiple areas of construction.

The depth and breadth of our construction services are vast and can range from a small day project to a turn-key package. QPS can manage every phase including being the General Contractor or Construction Management Services to help provide the customer a means to achieve their goal.

Process Piping

QPS pipe fitters install all types and sizes of pipe in a wide array of commercial, industrial, and institutional applications. We utilize our strategically placed pipe and weld shops to complete prefabrication for more efficient and cost-effective installation on job sites.

QPS is the only partner you need for your industrial process piping projects. We handle all stages of process piping development, including planning, fabrication, and installation under one roof. We work with the largest distributers in the nation to bring the buying power cost savings to the end user.

Our teams design and engineer projects to fit your exact needs, collaborating with you to develop detailed drawings for piping and fabrication installation. Piping, flanged and fittings, welded and brazed fittings, valves and all accessories are fabricated in our shop and assembled on site. QPS supplies all your industrial process piping needs with diameters ½” to 30”. The team of QPS welders qualify under section IX of ASME B31.1.

The QPS Instrumentation & Controls capability is a culmination of years of experience gained by our trained personnel working as end users, factory representatives and solution providers in the industrial controls market. Welding & Structural Steel

Quality Plus Services, Inc. has over two decades of experience in the industry for design-build structural steel fabrication. We fabricate a variety of steel structures, platforms, supports and modules for industrial plants across the United States to meet all our customers’ needs. All fabrication is completed in-house along with detailed fabrication drawings. We work to standard industry tolerances to meet individual customer requirements and adhere to the AISC Code. All our welders are certified per AWS code. We apply the most stringent safety standards and accept only the highest quality product for our customers, achieved through the diligence and experience of our talented team of tradesmen and project management.

R-Stamp Repairs

At Quality Plus Services, Inc. we are constantly striving to raise and approve quality standards. We are an authorized holder of the National Board R Stamp that holds us to a higher standard governing repair work on code components. The R Stamp allows us to perform alterations and any repairs to pressure vessels, boilers and any power piping, including fabricating new components for replacement. We have shop capabilities and an experienced team of highly skilled management, code welders, quality programs and excellent safety record allowing us to perform work at our clients site locations giving them flexibility to minimize down time during turnarounds, shutdown or outages. All our weld procedures and welders are qualified in accordance with ASME section IX welding.
